Experience the very best of Tahbilk with a group wine blending workshop followed by lunch with all the participants at the Chef's Long Table at Tahbilk Estate Restaurant. The day begins with a tour of the iconic Len Evans Museum, where you will learn about the history of Tahbilk and its renowned wine-blending techniques. From there, an expert wine ambassador will guide you through a tasting session, teaching you how to identify different varietals and understand their unique characteristics. Once you have a deeper understanding of the wines, it's time to put your skills to the test. In the blending workshop, you will have the opportunity to create your own red wine blend using Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes - two classic Australian varietals known for their bold flavours and rich tannins. With guidance from a wine ambassador, you'll be able to craft a blend that suits your personal taste preferences.

Wawa Biik Taungurung Cultural ExperiencesThis 4-hour cultural experience departs and ends at Tahbilk Winery - Wetlands View Restaurant, including quality time with two Taungurung guides, a traditional Welcome Smoking Ceremony, home-made morning tea using delicious bush ingredients, a boat cruise on the Tahbilk wetlands, and plenty of opportunities to ask questions and yarn with the guides.

Tahbilk Ghost Tour & Paranormal InvestigationIn collaboration with paranormal export, Dolly Adamson from Kyneton Paranormal, we will host you for a glass of wine and grazing platter in our cellar door before embarking on a 2-hour paranormal investigation across the Tahbilk Estate.
