It is a guide only and your own preferences for how a wine is currently drinking, and therefore its remaining cellaring potential in you opinion, may not necessarily match the views of our winemaking team. If you’re in any doubt about how long to keep cellaring your wine, then our view would be you’re better to open and enjoy it a little early, than to risk waiting too long and be disappointed if you then consider it to be past its best.
