Dalfarras is about the enjoyment of wine, art and family, myself as the winemaker, my wife Rosa as a creative soul who brings her passion for the natural landscape into her works and a vibrancy to the Dalfarras labels (as well as providing her maiden name Dal Farra to its naming), and our daughter Hayley, bringing a new generational perspective, as well as an energy and passion for the environment.
Working together as ‘partners in crime’ we offer a range of carbon neutral, premium wines under distinctive artworks.
