Instructions

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled commencement of the event to allow sufficient time for check-in, registration and settling into your allocated area. Upon arrival, please make your way to the designated event reception point, where our team will confirm your booking details and provide any relevant event materials or instructions. If you are attending as part of a group, we recommend arranging to arrive together where possible, as seating or group allocations may be arranged in advance. Guests should follow all directions provided by event staff throughout the duration of the experience, particularly where the event involves movement between different areas of the property, cellar, vineyard, production facilities or other restricted spaces. Please ensure that you wear suitable clothing and footwear for the conditions and activities associated with the event, noting that some experiences may take place outdoors or on uneven surfaces. If you have any dietary requirements, accessibility needs or other considerations that were not provided at the time of booking, please notify our team as soon as possible so that we can make reasonable arrangements where practicable. Guests are also encouraged to allow additional travel time and to plan their transport arrangements in advance, particularly for events where wine tasting or alcohol consumption forms part of the experience. Photography may be permitted during the event, however guests are asked to be respectful of other attendees and to follow any instructions regarding areas where photography is restricted. Most importantly, please listen to our event hosts and staff, who will be available throughout the experience to assist with questions and ensure that everyone has an enjoyable, safe and memorable event.

Event policies

All event bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all guests while allowing our team to plan appropriately for each event. Bookings are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed, unless otherwise specified, and places may be limited due to venue capacity, event format or other operational requirements. Cancellations or amendments may be permitted within the timeframe specified at the time of booking, however fees or other restrictions may apply depending on how close the request is made to the scheduled event date. Where a booking is cancelled outside the permitted cancellation period, or where a guest fails to attend without prior notice, the booking may be non-refundable. Transfers of bookings to another person or another event date are subject to availability and approval and cannot be guaranteed. Children and guests under the applicable legal drinking age may attend certain events where specifically permitted, although they must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times. As alcohol may be served during some events, responsible service of alcohol requirements apply and our team reserves the right to refuse service to any person who is intoxicated or behaves in a manner that may compromise the safety or enjoyment of other guests. Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other attendees and the property, and management reserves the right to ask any person to leave where their conduct is considered inappropriate, disruptive or unsafe. In the event that an event needs to be postponed, relocated, modified or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather, operational requirements or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will endeavour to provide affected guests with as much notice as reasonably possible and will communicate any available alternatives or refund arrangements. By completing a booking, guests acknowledge that they have read and accepted these policies and agree to comply with any reasonable instructions provided by event staff before or during the event.
