Looking to the French style with our Estate Pinot Gris releases, the grapes are harvested later and riper to achieve texture, complexity and palate weight.
Revealing a delightful salmon pink blush in the glass, our 2020 offering shows delicate aromas of green apples with hints of white peach and pear, on a ripe and fruit-forward palate of spicy and delightful honeysuckle and more pear characters supported by a clean, crunchy flintiness.
A wine for early and thorough enjoyment alongside a miso glazed salmon with black rice salad or sweet and sticky char sui.
