Made from premium cool climate Shiraz, the fruit was sourced from selected family-owned vineyards across Central Victoria.
The grapes were picked and crushed in the cool of the night to ensure the retention of varietal character.
Subtle fruit tones of raspberry, blackberry, and plums are to the fore, supported by a hint of spice, creating a wine of balance and broad appeal.
